We are offering all private
landlords the opportunity to advertise their property on our website
and Rightmove.co.uk for a single fee of £5 for one months
advertising.
We ask you to provide us with enough
written details and preferably a photo or two if possible, of the
property you want to rent. We will also need your contact details
(preferably email) so that we can put you in touch with any Tenant
enquiries we get. It really is as simple as that.
What we will do is list your property, with the
details exactly as you have provided us and when someone contacts us
registering an interest or wanting to view your property, we will
let you know and give you their contact details. Under no
circumstances will we pass your details on to any perspective
tenants, other agency or organization. It will be your
responsibility to contact the perspective tenants and arrange
viewings etc.

Q - How long will my advert stay on your site ?
A- Your Advert can stay on our website for one
month. If we are not in regular contact with you through
the viewings that we forward to you, we will contact you
periodically to confirm that you have not Let the property. If we
are unable to contact you for more than a week we will remove the
advert. If the Advert is removed it can be reinstated at your
request.
Q - What's in it for Letabox property Management
?.
A - There are absolutely no hidden catches at all,
this is a totally genuine offer. Obviously we do have a reason
for doing this and that is Marketing. Letabox Property Management is a relatively
new company, it has been going for just over 2 years. This offer is

Q - How do I get my property details to you.
A - You decide exactly what you want listed, you can
email, post or telephone them to us. The preferred method would be
to use the template by downloading
this document and once completed, email it to us.
Q - What if I don't have any pictures.
A - If you do not have any pictures, assuming you
can provide us with enough written detail, we will still place your advert on our
website. Or if you would like us to come and
take a picture of your property we can do so, however we would make a minimal charge of £5 to
cover our costs for this.
Q- Can I upgrade my service, to your letting only
or full management service
A - Of course you can and we hope that once you have
seen the professional service we provide, you will see that our
charges for letting only and full
management are very reasonable and worth while.
Q - How do I pay for this Service
A- You can pay for this service by Credit Card as
below, or you can send a cheque made payable to Letabox Property
Management, or you can do a credit transfer to our bank account
